1. Products & Services

We offer for sale:

• Digital e?books available for download after purchase.
• Physical books (hard copies) available for individual or bulk orders.
• Bulk orders of physical books, which may be subject to separate agreements regarding pricing, lead times, or customization.

All products are intended for personal use. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is prohibited.

2. Digital Products (E?books)

• E?books are delivered electronically via download link or email.
• All e?book sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds or exchanges will be issued once an e?book has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.
• You are responsible for ensuring your device supports the file format provided.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and approved online payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. Shipping & Delivery (Physical Books purchased via Bill Leider website)

• Orders are typically processed within 5 days of payment.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location.
• We ship within the United States and internationally, subject to carrier availability.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in additional charges or failed deliveries.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Digital products (e?books): Non?refundable once downloaded.
• Physical books: Final sale. No returns or refunds once confirmed, unless items are defective. California law requires refunds for defective merchandise. We will accept returns of damaged or defective physical books within 30 days of delivery. A replacement or full refund (including shipping costs) will be provided.

6. Intellectual Property

• All books, e?books, website content, logos, and other materials are the exclusive property of Bill Leider and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

• Limited personal use is granted for reading and personal enjoyment.

7. Bulk Sales Terms

• Minimum order quantities may apply to bulk sales.
• Lead times will be confirmed at the time of order.
• Custom requests (such as signed copies or branded editions) must be agreed to in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products.
• Our liability for any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.
