These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of a ticket to and attendance at the webinar ("Webinar") provided by Bill Leider ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Webinar
The Webinar is a single, one-time live event. The date, time, and duration will be specified at the point of purchase.
- The Webinar will not be recorded.
- No replay or recording will be made available afterwards.
- To benefit from your ticket, you must attend the live session.
2. Tickets & Payment
- By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that the information you provide (including name, email address, and payment details) is accurate and current.
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be received in full before access to the Webinar is granted.
- Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the joining link and instructions.
3. Access
- Your ticket grants a single individual access to the Webinar.
- The joining link is personal to you and may not be shared, forwarded, or used by anyone else.
- We reserve the right to remove participants from the session if we reasonably believe access is being shared or misused.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment (computer, browser, audio, etc.) to attend. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent you from joining or fully participating.
4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the value of the Webinar. If, within 30 days of attending, you feel you have not been able to use at least one piece of information from the Webinar in a way that has positively impacted your life, you may request a full refund.
To claim the refund:
- Email us at Bill@billleider.com within 30 days of the Webinar date.
- Include a short note describing what you tried or attempted to apply from the Webinar content.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of an approved claim, using the original payment method. Requests submitted after the 30-day window or without the required note will not be eligible.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Changes by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the Webinar, you will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A place at a rescheduled session of equivalent value.
If we need to reschedule, we will give as much notice as reasonably possible. Our liability in the event of cancellation or rescheduling is limited to the price paid for the ticket.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the Webinar content, format, or running order without notice.
6. Cancellation by You
Outside of the money-back guarantee in section 4, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
If you are unable to attend, please let us know and we'll do our best to be reasonable, but cannot guarantee a refund or credit.
7. Participant Conduct
We aim to provide a respectful and constructive environment for all attendees.
By attending, you agree not to:
- Disrupt the session or interfere with other participants' experience.
- Use abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language or behavior.
- Record, screenshot, screen-capture, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Webinar without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who breaches this section, without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content presented during the Webinar including but not limited to slides, materials, frameworks, examples, and spoken content, is the intellectual property of Bill Leider and is protected by applicable copyright and other laws.
Your ticket grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view the content live for your own use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the Webinar content without prior written permission.
9. No Professional Advice
The Webinar is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or other specialist advice. Any decisions you make based on the content are your own responsibility, and you should consult an appropriately qualified professional where relevant.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Webinar is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, or opportunity.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Privacy
We will use the personal information you provide solely for the purpose of administering your ticket, delivering the Webinar, and (where you've consented) sending you related communications. For full details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
12. Consumer Rights (California Residents and Others)
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be waived by contract. The 30-day money-back guarantee in section 4 is offered in addition to, and does not replace, any rights you have under applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
