Ordering & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and secure processors like PayPal or Stripe.

Q: What currency are prices in?
All prices are in USD.

Q: Can I use a promo code or gift card?
Yes. Enter your code at checkout. Codes can’t be stacked unless stated.

Q: Can I get an invoice or receipt?
A receipt is emailed automatically. Need a formal invoice or W-9? Email us and we’ll send it.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Physical books: possible until the order ships — email us ASAP.
E-books: cannot be canceled once delivered.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax where required by law (e.g., orders shipped to California). International orders may incur duties/VAT payable by the recipient.

E-Books & Downloads

Q: How do I receive my e-book?
A secure download link is emailed after purchase.

Q: I didn’t get my link. What now?
Check your spam/junk folder. If not found, contact us for a resend.

Q: How long is my download link active?
Links are active for 30 days with up to 3 download attempts.

Q: Which formats do you provide?
Typically PDF / EPUB / MOBI — works on most readers, tablets, phones, and desktops.

Q: Can I re-download later?
We recommend saving immediately; links may expire after 30 days.

Q: I can’t open the file — help?
Email us and we’ll troubleshoot or provide an alternate format.

Licensing, Sharing & Classroom Use

Q: Can I share my e-book with others?
Purchases are one license per reader. Please do not redistribute.

Q: May I quote or excerpt the book?
Short quotes with attribution are fine for reviews or academic use. For longer excerpts or commercial use, request written permission.

Q: Classroom, company, or book-club use?
Please purchase the appropriate number of copies (or ask us about bulk discounts and site licenses).

Q: Libraries or bookstores — can we stock Bill’s books?
Yes, contact us for wholesale or retail arrangements.

Q: Translation, audio, or other rights?

Physical Books & Shipping

Q: How long do orders take?
Processing 2–5 business days, then:
• US shipping: ~3–10 business days
• International: ~4 weeks (customs can vary)

Q: Can I track my package?
Yes, tracking is emailed once we ship.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
Express options may appear at checkout depending on destination.

Q: International duties & taxes?
These are set by your country and are paid by the recipient.

Q: Wrong address / change of address?
Email us immediately. Once shipped, we can’t reroute without carrier fees.

Q: Lost or delayed shipment?
Check the tracking link, then contact the carrier. We’ll assist where possible.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Q: What’s your refund policy for e-books?
All digital sales are final once delivered.

Q: Physical book arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund (including shipping).

Q: Bulk orders — can I return them?
Final sale once confirmed, except for defective items reported within 30 days.

Bulk, Corporate & Institutional Orders

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing and lead times for companies, schools, and groups.

Q: Can bulk orders include a talk or workshop with Bill?
Absolutely — ask about packages that bundle books + speaking/Q&A.

Q: Do you accept purchase orders (PO) or Net terms?
We can review POs for institutions or corporates. Email rubie@angelicakopec.com with your requirements.

Q: Are your e-books accessible?
We aim for screen-reader friendly formats and clear typography. Need an accessible or large-print version? Email us and we’ll help.

Privacy & Security

Q: Do you sell my data?
No. See our Privacy Policy for full details (CalOPPA/CCPA/CPRA & GDPR aware).

Q: Are my payments secure?
Yes — processed by reputable providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We don’t store full card numbers.

Q: How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or contact us directly.

Signed Copies, Gifts & Preorders

Q: Can I buy a signed copy?
Sometimes! Limited runs are announced via the mailing list — join for early access.

Q: Can I send a gift?
Yes, we can ship directly to the recipient and include a gift note at checkout.

Q: Do you offer preorders?
When available, preorder info will appear on the product page and via our mailing list.
