Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Affiliate Program is open to individuals or businesses who apply and are approved by the Company.

To participate, Affiliates must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate contact and payment information
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in misleading, fraudulent, or unethical marketing practices

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Tracking & Unique Codes

Each approved Affiliate will be issued a unique affiliate code or tracking link.

This code must be used by customers at the time of purchase for the sale to be attributed to the Affiliate.

Affiliate commissions are only payable on sales that are successfully tracked through the assigned affiliate code or tracking system.

The Company is not responsible for commissions on sales that cannot be properly tracked due to:

• Missing or incorrect affiliate codes
• Customer error
• Technical issues outside the Company’s control
• Purchases made without the affiliate code applied

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates may earn commissions based on profit generated from qualifying book sales tracked through their unique affiliate code.

4. Definition of Profit

For the purposes of this Affiliate Program, “profit” refers to the net revenue received by the Company from a qualifying sale after deduction of platform fees, payment processing fees, distribution costs, taxes, and other direct transaction costs associated with the sale.

Commission calculations will be based solely on this net profit amount, not on gross retail price.

The Company reserves the right to determine profit calculations in good faith based on its accounting practices.

5. Payment Terms

Affiliate commissions will be paid via bank transfer.

Payments will be issued on a 30-day payment cycle, meaning commissions accrued within a calendar month will be paid within 30 days following the end of that month, provided the Affiliate has submitted correct payment information.

The Company reserves the right to delay payments if:

• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Refunds or chargebacks are pending
• Payment information is incomplete or incorrect

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Cancellations

If a customer receives a refund, chargeback, or cancellation for a purchase associated with an Affiliate commission, the related commission may be:

• Deducted from future payments, or
• Reversed prior to payment

Only finalized, non-refunded sales qualify for commission.

7. Affiliate Marketing Conduct

Affiliates must market the book and related materials in a truthful, professional, and lawful manner.

Affiliates may not:

• Make misleading income claims
• Represent themselves as the author or owner of the intellectual property
• Use spam, deceptive advertising, or illegal promotional methods
• Bid on branded keywords that impersonate the Company without permission
• Misrepresent the book, its contents, or its benefits

Affiliates must also comply with FTC endorsement guidelines, including proper disclosure that they may receive a commission for purchases made through their affiliate code.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, content, book materials, and promotional assets remain the exclusive property of Bill Leider.

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the book within this Affiliate Program.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify copyrighted materials without permission
• Create misleading derivative works
• Claim ownership of Company intellectual property

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Misrepresentation of the product
• Conduct that could damage the Company’s reputation

Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be withheld if violations are found.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the Affiliate’s own risk.

11. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes where practical. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
